The Opportunity:

AM Ravello Server (On-Call)

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our breakfast restaurant, Ravello, with at least 1 – 2 years of prior experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities:

• Serve the guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
• Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
• Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
• Expected to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage, fine dining experience is preferred
• Must be available on Thursday, Saturday, and Sundays
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• Thursday and Saturday availability is required, Friday and Sunday is preferred
