Foster Care Resource & Training Lead

Centro is looking for a Family Resource Worker in Massachusetts. This role involves recruitment, training, and supervision of foster care providers. Key duties include conducting assessments, maintaining communication with staff and foster families, and managing program quality with a minimum caseload of 12 homes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, bilingual in English and Spanish, and a valid MA driver’s license.
