Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks while also supporting production work to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Assist with production work to support operational goals and meet deadlines.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to quickly restore production functionality.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance and production activities.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform production work alongside maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance and production.
