How you make a difference The VP of Enterprise Data Management oversees the company's data integrity and ensures that data assets are precise, accurate, available, and dependable at all times. They work across the organization to establish standards and best practices for data management and optimize the use of analytics and data science. This role is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and managing data resources, as well as establishing comprehensive information architectures with standardized access to data to maintain data integrity. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies that align IT with business and lead data governance efforts to achieve business value. Define and evolve enterprise data and integration architecture best practices, including standards, processes, methodologies, infrastructure, and quality. Direct continuous improvement of data management practices to ensure integrated, accessible, understandable, and secure data resources. Establish, implement, and manage enterprise data management systems, frameworks, and procedures. Provide technical leadership focused on complex software development and risk mitigation strategies to reduce risk to the company's data assets. Qualifications & Requirements Education Experience 10 years or more years of progressively responsible management positions in complex organizations required. Demonstrated success with high visibility projects, leaders in technology use and development, change management, budget and business case development and staff development.
