Assistant Maintenance

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Repairs Assistant to support our Aviation Repairs Department. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to help keep repair orders moving efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with processing aviation repair orders. Update repair information in company systems. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Prepare forms and repair documentation. Communicate with customers and repair vendors regarding repair status. Follow up on repair orders and required documentation. Maintain organized electronic and paper files. Provide administrative support to the Repairs Department. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Accurate data entry and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Aviation or aerospace experience is a plus but not required. Full-Time | Monday–Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
