Work Environment\nThis full-time position offers a remote work setting that emphasizes collaboration and connection among team members despite the virtual environment. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while providing crucial support to clients. We utilize advanced telehealth platforms to ensure a seamless and secure experience for both therapists and clients, enhancing accessibility and convenience.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct virtual individual and couples therapy sessions with clients, addressing a variety of mental health challenges using telehealth platforms. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation within our therapist-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing continuity of care. \n
- Participate actively in virtual case consultations and team meetings to promote a collaborative approach to client care, fostering a culture of support and shared learning. \n
- Flexibly choose your clinical focus and desired populations, ensuring that your caseload aligns with your passion and expertise. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families, assisting them with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. Your work will aim to empower clients through therapy that is respectful, affirming, and attuned to their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Possession of an active California LCSW license is required. \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, preferable in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings. \n
- Proficiency in using telehealth technology and dedication to providing therapy in a remote format. \n
- A private, confidential workspace equipped with high-speed internet is mandatory for effective client engagements. \n
- A commitment to offering ethical, inclusive, and trauma-informed care, reflecting our organizational values. \n

- Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally relevant therapeutic approaches. \n
- Familiarity with school-based mental health services, including collaboration with educators and parents. \n
- Experience with crisis intervention and developing crisis response plans within therapeutic contexts. \n
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. We offer an attractive benefits package, which includes:
