Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Dayton, OH

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers average $1,200 to $1,600 per week depending on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes covering Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa.
• All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
