Position Highlights: In this position you will work with other physicians in teams but manage your own panel of patients Monday‑Friday. The patient population is an adult panel of all ages, including geriatrics and some older adolescents, and can be customized for areas of interest. Our seniors enjoy the convenience of new Lifestyle Centers. You will work in attractive, modern buildings and use an electronic medical record environment. Full‑time management staff, digital radiology, and onsite laboratory services add convenience at our 14 clinic locations throughout the Las Vegas area. This is an employed practice position with Southwest Medical. We provide compassionate, appropriate, and effective patient care and promote health. Required Qualifications Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency, board‑certified or board‑eligible; ability to obtain a Nevada license, DEA, and pharmacy license. Comprehensive medical knowledge of established and evolving biomedical, clinical, epidemiological, and social behavioral sciences and its application to patient care. Interpersonal and communication skills that foster effective information exchange and collaboration with patients, families, and other health professionals. Proficient computer skills to utilize Electronic Medical Records effectively in practice. Practice‑based learning and improvement, including investigation and evaluation of patient care and assimilation of scientific evidence. The salary range for this role is $245,000 to $366,000 annually based on full‑time employment. Pay is determined by local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.
