Provide full-time administrative and continuous quality improvement (CQI) support to the Quality Assurance Unit of the Children’s Review Program, handling day-to-day operations and data management in an office setting to ensure program goals and objectives are met. FundedfullywithFederalandCabinetforHealthandFamilyServicesfunds Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or closely related field and one year of combined experience with data entry, data verification, or data-related research OR High school diploma or equivalent and two years of combined experience with data entry, data verification, or data-related research One year of experience with Microsoft Office programs Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable operating transportation, and proof of current auto insurance Preferred Education and Experience One or more years of administrative support or customer service experience Excellent telephone, time management, and organizational skills Experience with data management software (e.g., SQL, Power BI) Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
