Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Colorado
• Recent experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred
• Competence in evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for diverse student populations
• Ability to support multiple campuses, collaborating with staff and families
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Adaptable and comfortable working in both team-based and independent environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement evidence-based interventions for students requiring OT services
• Provide both direct therapy and consultative services to students across 9 member districts and specialized spring programs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to integrate therapy objectives into classroom routines
• Attend IEP meetings and maintain detailed progress documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives as needed
