As a Floor Covering Salesperson, you'll be an essential part of our team, connecting clients with high-quality flooring solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings to confidently guide clients in their purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to offer informed advice to clients.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom.
- Strong knowledge of flooring products and the ability to confidently advise clients on the best solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product benefits.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using sales tracking software and managing customer leads efficiently.
Since its founding by brothers Ron and Bill Clous in Traverse City, Michigan, in 1977, Eastwood Custom Homes has long been recognized for building quality, affordable homes. Our many developments represent the largest single-company effort to provide housing for families across the Northern Michigan region. Eastwood is also well known for custom-building homes across the Grand Traverse area.
