A growing home remodeling company is expanding into the Chardon, OH market and is looking for motivated Sales Estimators to join a high-energy team. This is a great opportunity for driven sales professionals who want strong earning potential and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations and provide customer estimates

Present solutions and close sales opportunities

Assist customers through contract and financing processes

Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads

Partner with project teams to ensure a strong customer experience

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of in-home sales, remodeling sales, or related experience preferred

Kitchen, bath, cabinetry, or home improvement experience is a plus

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable using CRM systems and standard computer tools

Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Chardon and Northeast Ohio market, including Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, and Trumbull counties

Compensation & Benefits:

Uncapped commission structure
