What You'll Be Doing

Complete apartment service requests and resident work orders
Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas
Support maintenance operations across three Easley communities
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines

What We're Looking For

2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
EPA Certification required
HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience required
Pool experience (CPO certification preferred)
Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple communities
