Delinquency Associate - Default Processing

The Default Processing department is responsible for the foreclosure review and referral process. The team assists in sending out demand letters, ensures document and system accuracy, and facilitates the assigning of the loan to local foreclosure attorneys. The Delinquency Associate position is responsible for reviewing defaulted mortgage loans to ensure that all required steps are completed prior to foreclosure action. Primary Responsibilities Reviewing loan origination documents, default letters, and servicing notes to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws/regulations.
