Core Responsibilities

· Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests

· Manage a high volume of phone, email, and in-person client communication

· Prepare and process financial documentation accurately and efficiently

· Track account transfers, account opening and proactively follow up on outstanding items

· Deposit checks and coordinate money movement requests

· Maintain CRM accuracy and organized digital records

· Support operational initiatives and workflow improvements

· Assist with firm-wide projects and ongoing process refinement

· Learn and apply financial services terminology quickly

Qualifications

· Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

· Professional, confident communication style

· High attention to detail and accountability

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook required)

· Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems

· CRM experience preferred

· Financial services, banking, or professional office experience a plus
