Knowledge ManagerLocation: Hanscom AFB, MASalary Range: $115-$125,000 annually* depending on experience, certifications, and qualificationsJob Status: Full-time; salariedClearance: Active Top Secret required at time of hiringAstrion has an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Manager providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).C3BM has been tasked with delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network providing resilient decision advantage and enabling the USAF, USSF, Joint, and Coalition Force to win against the pacing challenge. C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BM's main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational Response Team (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.Required Qualifications / Skills:Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance with current SCI eligibilityCitizenship: Must be a US citizenPreferred Qualifications / Skills:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience and within the DoD sectorTechnical Skills:MS Teams knowledge including structure, governance, permissions, document collaboration etc.Site architectureMetadataSearch & VersioningPower Platform FamiliarityExperience with management of different levels of data classificationsInterpersonal Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop and present briefings to senior leadershipStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively within Government and contractor teamsResponsibilities:Duties include, but not limited to:Position will be lead Knowledge Manager at the PAE-level responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-wide KM solutions utilizing M365.Design and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, content types, permissions, workflows, and architectures to improve information accessibility and reuse.Provide briefings on Knowledge Management Best PracticesPartner with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture, organize, document and disseminate technical and programmatic dataDevelop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or other tools as appropriate
