Role Description WesPro JCB is seeking a Parts Specialist for our Norcross, GA location. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting both our customers and our rapidly growing service operation. The Parts Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, quoting, ordering, and supplying parts accurately and efficiently. This position works directly with customers at the parts counter, by phone, and through email, while also providing critical parts support to our shop and field service technicians. Daily responsibilities include processing parts orders and returns, researching parts using JCB systems and catalogs, preparing customer quotes, monitoring backorders, receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with cycle counts and physical inventories. This position works closely with the Service and Sales departments and plays an important role in keeping customer equipment operating and our technicians productive. We are looking for someone who understands that great parts support is more than finding a part number - it means taking ownership of the request, communicating with the customer or technician, and following it through to completion. Qualifications Previous parts experience in a heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, automotive, truck, or similar dealership environment is preferred. Strong customer-service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and support internal service technicians. Ability to identify and research parts accurately using electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems. Experience with inventory management, parts ordering, receiving, returns, backorders, and inventory control is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced parts and service environment. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and dealership management systems. Experience with CDK IntelliDealer is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to recognize what needs to be done and remain productive without constant direction. Team-oriented and willing to work closely with Parts, Service, Field Service, and Sales. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to safely lift and handle parts and perform the normal physical requirements of a dealership parts department.
