If you're hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there's only one choice.****Junior Production Planner****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Responsible for creating and managing production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.* Analyze production capacity and forecast demand to ensure timely delivery of products.* Coordinate with manufacturing teams and monitor inventory levels, adjusting plans as necessary to minimize disruptions.* Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.* Support the production planning team in monitoring production performance and reporting on key metrics.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on production requirements.* Help manage inventory levels and assist in the procurement of raw materials and components as needed.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions for optimizing production processes.* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production planning activities.**WHO YOU ARE**Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.* Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of production processes and inventory management preferred.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with production planning software is a plus.* Relevant internship or co-op experience in production planning or supply chain management is preferred.Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $71,120.00 - $106,680.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant).
