Associate Director, US Field Force Deployment and Sales Force Effectiveness

Associate Director role leading US field force deployment and sales force effectiveness strategy for a rare disease-focused organization. Reports to senior commercial leadership and owns segmentation, territory design, and sales force optimization across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve US deployment strategy spanning segmentation, targeting, field force sizing, and territory design
• Partner with business and sales leadership to translate strategy into field action plans and ensure alignment
• Direct quarterly alignment processes for assigned business units and ensure operational readiness
• Evaluate territory changes, develop alignment scorecards, and track quality and efficiency metrics
• Plan and execute major and minor field realignments including scenario modeling and change management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 8+ years healthcare industry experience (pharmaceuticals, strategy consulting, or similar)
• Advanced knowledge of field force deployment and sales force effectiveness processes in pharma
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize sales territory alignments
• Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel and data analysis proficiency
• US pharmaceutical industry market knowledge and business acuity
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments in fast-paced environment

Compensation: $147,908–$221,862 base, plus short-term incentive bonuses and equity-based awards
