Sunrise Behavioral Health PC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity, specializing in school services for children and families. This full-time position allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners while enjoying the flexibility of telehealth support. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide assessments, support, and interventions for children with developmental delays or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children, including reviewing developmental histories and current behaviors. \n
- Participate as an integral member of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) teams to develop and implement tailored service plans for children receiving Early Intervention support. \n
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary in collaboration with team members and families. \n
- Provide family support through coaching and resources, empowering parents and caregivers to foster their child’s development. \n
- Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment principles during service delivery. \n
- Engage effectively with children and families, developing rapport and trust to create positive learning experiences. \n
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations governing social work practices. \n
- Document strategies and interactions thoroughly to support continuity of care. \n
This role specifically focuses on servicing infants and toddlers, often those facing developmental challenges or disabilities. Children enrolled in our programs often display a range of developmental delays across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. As an LCSW, you will ensure that these vulnerable populations receive high-quality, accessible support tailored to their unique circumstances.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Preferred active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health. \n
- A valid driver's license for travel to family homes or community sites if needed. \n
- Proficiency in adapting techniques to accommodate varying learning styles and developmental needs. \n

- At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention or a comparable setting. \n
- Experience with Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly regarded. \n
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly Spanish, to improve communication with a diverse client base. \n
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple cases effectively. \n
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. \n
