Job Title: Packer/Stackers –1st Shift 6am-2:30pm Weekday shift

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Kings Mountain, NC
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shift

• Monday to Friday must be open to work on Saturdays
• Hours: 6:00AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Packers to join a growing manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished products according to company specifications and quality standards
• Inspect products for defects before packaging
• Sort and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
• Ensure products are packaged safely to prevent damage during shipping
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform additional production duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand and work for 8-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work with Steeled toed shoes
• Ability to work in a non - climate controlled environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or production experience preferred, but not required
• Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards
• High school diploma or GED preferred
