Novra Corp is seeking a Communications Agent to support customer communications and internal coordination efforts. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who enjoy building positive relationships while ensuring clear and professional communication.

• Respond to customer and client inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding company services
• Maintain communication records and customer documentation
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments
• Assist with scheduling meetings and follow-up communications
• Prepare routine correspondence and communication materials
• Support outreach and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor communication activities and ensure timely responses
• Assist with administrative projects as assigned
• Perform additional duties as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous communications, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
