Physical Therapist - PT

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations to assess patient conditions, develop personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, and educate patients and families on managing their conditions. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care. Qualifications & Certifications: Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification. Preferred to have CPR certification. Educational requirement includes a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience ranges from 0-1 years. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary environment and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
