Department: Operations

Reports To: VP of NSO & Training

Job Summary: This role plays a key part in supporting training department assuming full responsibility for all locations' abilities to develop and certify trainers and Baller teams while maintaining the preservation of 7 Brew's culture, mission statement, and values. The position spends time at the stand level to ensure all certified trainers and Ballers are meeting all company expectations and goals and will contribute directly to the success of our mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Educates and empowers Managers to identify growth areas in stand operations and realize consistent improvement over time.
• Provides regular feedback and support to teammates.
• Works regularly in stands to maintain connection to daily operations and stay relatable to frontline crew members.
• Holds Trainer and Baller teams accountable for adherence to shift schedules, policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Schedules lodging and Baller teams for new stand openings.
• Is always developing new leaders to step into upcoming roles, regardless of current or future needs.
• Promptly implements and communicates directives from upper management.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to support business initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyzes performance data and provides recommendations for process improvements.
• Manages projects and timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with high quality.
• Represents the company's values and mission while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.

Possesses the ability to be an effective and efficient Brewista, Shift Lead, and Manager.

Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to two minutes at a time.

Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.

Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.

Can adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations.

Effectively manages multiple projects and deadlines.

Can effectively lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure.

Has proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.

Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Promptly and effectively communicate with all stand-level and upper-management team members.

Can quickly and cleanly operate any position in the stand during peak hours.

Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting work interactions with team members.

Understands and can teach primary parts and functions of all operating equipment.

Can explain and coach all recipes and procedures to better develop teams.

Can adjust expectations and coaching methods to meet different levels of management needs and capabilities.

Works a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings (5 a.m.) and late nights (11:30 p.m.).

Is hyperaware of teams' strengths and growth opportunities through consistent presence in their stands with them.

Visits their trainers and Ballers regularly to coach, observe, train and provide support to team members.

Works weekends and is available to work holidays, if necessary.

Is always available by phone or in person to promptly address any needs at their stands.
