Closing Coordinator

Closing Coordinator. Miami. Confidential residential homebuilder. Up to $75k per year.

A Miami residential homebuilder has asked us to find a Closing Coordinator for its sales operation. You'd work directly with the Closing Director and run contract administration for new-construction home sales from executed contract through closing. Buyers, agents, lenders, and title all come through you.

What you'll own

• The contract file. Purchase agreements, addenda, amendments, disclosures. Complete, signed, dated, and filed.
• The calendar. Deposits, financing milestones, document deadlines, closing dates. You see the slip before anyone else does.
• Lenders and title. Loan status, approvals, closing requirements, settlement scheduling.
• Agents and brokerages. Commissions, documentation, what they owe you and when.
• The Closing Director's picture of every home under contract: what's outstanding, what's late, what closes this week.

What you bring

• You've administered residential purchase contracts before. Homebuilder, brokerage, title, or lender. About two years is where this starts to make sense.
• You know how a Florida residential closing works and what breaks it.
• You catch the missing initial on page four.
• Several homes and buyers in motion at once without losing one.
• Clear and professional with buyers, agents, lenders, and leadership. Written and spoken.
• Microsoft Office. You'll learn the builder, CRM, and transaction systems on the job.
• Homebuilder experience is a plus. [Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.]
