A leading South Florida General Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety scopes on large-scale multifamily and healthcare projects throughout Miami-Dade County.

Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP-related field operations from rough-in through commissioning and turnover
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and consultants
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and project schedules
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and proactively resolve field conflicts
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and closeout activities
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and project execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or Interiors Superintendent
• Experience on ground-up multifamily, healthcare, hospital, or large commercial projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and MEP drawings
• Experience managing multiple MEP trade partners simultaneously
• Knowledge of South Florida xhyhwjd construction practices and building codes
