Landscape Supervisor

Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and direct a team of landscaping and irrigation technicians. Lead crews with hands-on field work performing landscaping projects including mulching, shrub trimming, and planting trees and shrubs. Inspect completed properties to guarantee all work meets rigorous quality and aesthetic standards. Assist with ordering materials, crew scheduling, and other daily operational duties. Address and resolve on-site customer inquiries or concerns with prompt professionalism. Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of professional lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory, crew lead, or foreman capacity. Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record (State applicator or pesticide licensing is a strong plus). Strong working knowledge of turf management, fertilization schedules, and regional plant life. Excellent communication, time-management, and on-the-spot problem-solving skills. Competitive pay ranging from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience. A monthly healthcare contribution stipend to assist with open market insurance costs.
