Perfect Smile Dental is hiring a Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Our privately owned practice in Pennsylvania is growing, and we’d love for you to grow with us!

Position: Full-Time RDH - we are open to Part-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (hello, work-life balance!)

You’ll play a key role in helping our patients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for by:

• Providing exceptional preventive dental care and oral hygiene education
• Performing cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, and digital Xrays
• Keeping accurate, detailed patient records
• Collaborating with a friendly, supportive team to deliver outstanding patient experiences
Who We’re Looking For You’re a great fit if you:
• Hold an active Pennsylvania RDH license (required)
• Love connecting with patients and building trust
• Thrive in a teamoriented, positive environment
• Are comfortable with digital charting and modern dental technology (bonus points!)
