Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $19.50

What You ll Do

• Perform general cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
• Conduct coronary artery bypass procedures and valve repairs/replacements
• Manage surgeries for congenital defects and aneurysm repairs
• Perform lung resections, including VATS procedures
• Conduct chest wall and pleural surgeries, as well as esophagus/diaphragm surgeries
• Implement endarterectomy (carotid & renal) procedures
• Manage ventilation and airway support, including bronchoscopy
• Assess and treat acute blood pressure and vascular issues
• Collaborate with onsite lab and radiology teams
• Document patient care using EPIC system

What You Need

• Board certification in surgery (cardiothoracic specialty preferred)
• Valid Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries
• Strong procedural skills and ability to manage complex cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
