We'll train the right people. Pay Entry-Level Movers (MIT): Starting at $14.00/hr Experienced Movers: Up to $16.50/hr Crew Leaders: Up to $19.50/hr Driver/Crew Leader Positions: Up to $22.00/hr Keep 100% of tips earned. Tips are common on most jobs — crew members typically earn $20–$40 per job, per person, based on the customer. Work multiple jobs in a day and those tips add up fast.
