Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

PCU/MedSurg/Tele Nurse

Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, including every other weekend rotation

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Must be able to work independently and perform charge nurse duties
• Floating to other units may be required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a Progressive Care Unit, Medical-Surgical Unit, and Telemetry settings
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Compliance / Notes:

Attendance at department quarterly education sessions is required
