Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others, in alignment with established protocols.

Assess results meticulously, resolve discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory machinery.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for examination as necessary.

Carefully document all processes, mentor new team members or students, and help to maintain lab quality standards.

Ensure a tidy, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.

Maintain current certification throughout the duration of your employment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with healthcare personnel.

Able to apply independent judgment and devise solutions during demanding or high-pressure scenarios.

Outstanding organizational capabilities and detail-oriented approach, particularly in quality control and accurate documentation.
