Parched Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Servers to join our team at Isla & Co. — an upscale, Australian-inspired café and restaurant concept serving specialty coffee and brunch by day, alongside a seasonally crafted cocktail and dinner program by night.

Servers at Isla & Co. play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, work well as part of a team, and bring positive energy to every shift.

• Deliver warm, attentive, and thoughtful service to every guest
• Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere that reflects PHG’s people-first culture
• Build strong knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, preparation, and beverage pairings
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently and correctly
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions confidently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, runners, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
• Support teammates during busy periods and contribute to an overall team-first environment
• Complete opening and closing side work responsibilities
• Maintain service standards that are knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and genuine at all times
• Handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume environment

• Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Experience in elevated or hospitality-driven service preferred
• Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for hospitality
• Positive attitude and natural ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/tray carry as needed
