Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initial planning through successful completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team members regarding project updates and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall project performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management, project coordination, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management software or scheduling tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
