What you'll bring to the team Guest Experience Shift Lead - Wondra Chicago Wondra is an exciting new immersive attraction designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Join our team and help bring this one-of-a-kind, interactive experience to life for families exploring a world of color and imagination! What You’ll Do: Help support the Wondra team during daily operations Keep lines moving and guest energy positive Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience Help train and motivate team members Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day Qualifications & Experience What We’re Looking For: Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people Can stay calm in busy situations Enjoy helping and encouraging others Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions Want to grow into leadership Available weekends + holidays (required) Previous leadership and training experience!
