Looking for a BCBA role where you feel supported, valued, and excited to come to work? At Precious Care ABA, we believe our clinicians deserve more than just a caseload — they deserve a team behind them.

At Precious Care ABA, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping children with autism build life-changing skills. You’ll work closely with families and Behavior Technicians while helping shape high-quality clinical care and mentorship within a growing organization.

We focus on providing excellent care while also creating an environment where our clinicians can thrive, grow, and maintain work-life balance.

The best part? You won’t feel like you’re doing it alone. Our leadership team is highly involved and supportive, and we’re committed to giving our BCBAs the resources needed to succeed.
