Watson Custom Tanks is growing and looking for a Field Service Technician to support our custom tank manufacturing operations. With over 100 years of combined expertise, we partner closely with customers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions—and we need skilled technicians ready to represent our brand in the field.

What You'll Do

• Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues
• Provide excellent customer support during field visits
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Complete detailed service reports
• Collaborate with sales, production, and engineering teams
• Maintain strong, professional customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing or technical experience
• Ability to travel frequently (60–75%)
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Experience with cranes, forklifts, and hand tools
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active environments
• Safety-focused (PPE required)
