Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Join HMD as an OTR solo CDL-A Dry Van driver running nationwide freight from Conway, AR. You’ll haul dry-van freight on predictable long-haul lanes while working with a driver-focused team.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate company dry-van trucks over interstate routes.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete inspections and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatch and adhere to safety standards.

Ride & compensation:

• Modern, under-3-year trucks equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers and backed by in-house maintenance.
• Mileage pay beginning at 65¢/mile, averages about 2,500 miles weekly, plus bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.

Must have a CDL-A and at least 12 months of driving experience. Home every two weeks; benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
