Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Assistant Managers to lead high-volume airport restaurants. This role is ideal for proven leaders who thrive in complex operations, value people development, and can balance guest satisfaction with financial performance. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations across one or multiple restaurant locations within the airport. Lead, coach, and develop hourly staff. Drive results in labor management, cost of goods (COGS), average transaction value (ATV), and sales per enplanement (SPE). Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and union guidelines. Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining brand standards. Partner cross-functionally with Airport leadership, franchisors, and union representatives. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Assistant Manager or 2+ years as a Multi-Unit Manager in restaurants, hospitality, or concessions. Proven success managing high-volume operations ($3M+ annual sales). Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets, P&Ls, and labor forecasting. Skilled in people development, accountability, and team culture. Flexible, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly regulated airport environment.
