Automotive Retail Sales Associate – Belle Tire As a Sales Associate at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers. What You’ll Do Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and providing Belle Tire solutions accordingly Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process Manage a cash drawer; process customer payments and maintain daily cash reconciliation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform other duties as assigned by your manager Minimum Qualifications 18 years old Valid driver's license Customer‑first mindset and ability to communicate clearly and professionally Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous experience in a retail and/or automotive service environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds Work Environment This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Work hours vary Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. The fast‑paced workshop setting requires extended standing and heavy lifting.
