As a dedicated and compassionate provider, we are seeking a highly skilled In-Person BCBA (VA LBA Required) to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia .

About the Role:

As an In-Person BCBA , you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality, evidence-based services that promote meaningful outcomes and improved quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person assessments and evaluations for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions, using evidence-based methods and techniques

• Design and implement behavioral interventions to address challenging behaviors

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and industry advancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

• Virginia LBA certification required

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and data management systems
