Reporting directly to the owner, this role is pivotal to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and lead restaurant staff to optimize performance and morale Control inventory to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest issues promptly Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards Maintain quality assurance across all food and service operations Create and manage employee schedules effectively Train new and existing employees to uphold operational standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in restaurant management Preferred Qualifications Proven team leadership abilities Experience in customer relationship management Familiarity with scheduling software Knowledge of health and safety compliance Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities \nCompany Description The Hill is changing concepts with new ownership from the team at Verana.
