3rd Shift Painter

This position paints components for our medium voltage (5-38kv) switchgear assemblies. Supervisor: Ben McCoy All painters need to take a respiratory test. All candidates must review video In this function you will:

• Washing parts
• Prep parts for powder paint process
• Staging parts and pushing parts through the oven
• Using lift assist for heavier parts
• Loading and unloading racks
• Able to work off ladders and in tight spaces.
• Focus on quality, customer service, safety, productivity.
• Must be willing to work overtime as required, including weekends.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 60-mile radius of the work location will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-year related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in electrical products

Position Criteria:

• Working knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, and safety procedures of a manufacturing facility
• Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent history of work performance, team work and attendance
