Veterinary Extern - General Practice

Dunes Animal Hospital is a progressive general practice hospital that embraces a culture of mutual respect and teamwork while providing outstanding patient care and customer service. Dunes offers preventative care, ultrasound, an in‑house Idexx laboratory suite, digital X‑ray, orthopedics, and partners with local wildlife rescue. Veterinary students are encouraged to participate in externships, with preference given to final‑year students. Veterinary students in good academic standing at an AVMA‑accredited school of Veterinary Medicine Hard‑working, motivated, friendly, and team‑oriented Students will participate directly with clinicians in case management, gaining practical experience and building upon their clinical knowledge.
