Endodontist

Location: Houston, TX Employment Type: Full-Time preferred; Part-Time available Setting: Private Endodontic Office Schedule: 8-hour shifts Compensation: $250,000-$600,000 annually

Role Description

The Endodontist will provide comprehensive endodontic care, including diagnosis and treatment of pulpal and periapical conditions, root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental and endodontic examinations.
• Diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions.
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures.
• Interpret digital radiographs and other diagnostic information.
• Develop and present appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide patient-centered care with a strong focus on comfort and pain management.
• Maintain appropriate infection control and clinical safety standards.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with referring dentists and other providers.
• Accurately document clinical findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences and practice growth.
• Support a culture of professionalism and continuous clinical improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical expertise in Endodontics and Dentistry.
• Ability to perform a full range of endodontic procedures.
• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
• Current, unrestricted Texas dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Appropriate DEA registration.
• Proficiency with modern endodontic technologies and techniques, including rotary instrumentation, digital radiography, and magnification systems...

Experience

New graduates/residency candidates may be considered; however, experienced Endodontists are preferred.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Full-Time preferred
• Part-Time available

Practice Setting

The Endodontist will work in a fully equipped private endodontic office with modern clinical technology and systems designed to support efficient, high-quality patient care.
