Civil Litigation Attorney

Salary Range: $140,000 – $200,000 + bonus

What you'll be doing:

• Independently manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters, with a focus on insurance defense
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Develop case strategies and provide guidance to clients and junior attorneys
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery-related documents
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel

Our ideal candidate has:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Colorado (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in insurance defense (e.g., auto, premises, general liability)
• Strong trial experience and courtroom presence preferred
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills, with strong attention to detail and organization
