Desired Skills/Experience:
- Standard SAP P2P Optimization & Fit-Gap Analysis: Enforce the minimal-customization policy by auditing current Procure-to-Pay workflows (MM, FI-AP, and SAP Ariba), evaluating change requests, and driving standard SAP adoption over custom developments.
- Project Leadership & UAT Coordination: Lead continuous improvement projects across procurement and accounts payable by facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and planning and executing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Spend Analytics & SAP Reporting: Design and deliver advanced purchasing, vendor performance, and spend analytics dashboards utilizing SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, SAP MM/Ariba standard reporting, and core data tools.
- End-User Training & Enablement: Develop role-based training materials and conduct enablement sessions for buyers and approvers to ensure high user adoption, minimize purchasing errors, and eliminate offline requisition tracking.
- Data Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee vendor master and material/service master data integrity and act as the primary project liaison between procurement leadership, business process owners, and technical IT teams.
