Physician Qualifications MD or DO degree Completed an ACGME accredited residency Board Eligible or Board Certified in an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) specialty Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or District of Columbia Preferred: Completion of an Endocrinology fellowship and Board Certified in Endocrinology.
