Bilingual Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist - Full Time Flexible Schedule | Free Clinical Supervision | Full Caseload Within 10 Weeks
Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a full-time Bilingual (English + Spanish) Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for compassionate, motivated therapists who want to build strong clinical skills, receive support toward licensure, and be part of a team dedicated to meaningful recovery work. Pay $36,000-$64,000 Position Details
- Full Time
- Flexible schedule
- Master's Degree required
- Guaranteed full-time caseload within 8 weeks
- After building your caseload, work a 4-day week
- Bonus pay for bilingual therapists
- Opportunities for 1 telehealth work-from-home day per week for qualified providers in qualified environments
- Conduct assessments for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to guide clients toward long-term recovery
- Monday-Friday
- Two evening shifts per week
- Once your caseload is established, work 30 hours per week
- Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
