Clinical Dietitian: Inpatient & Outpatient Care

Northside Hospital in Atlanta seeks a Clinical Dietitian I to provide inpatient and outpatient nutrition services. You will perform nutritional assessments and develop care plans aligned with department standards, prioritizing high-risk patients and initiating medical nutrition therapy as part of the patient’s plan of care. As a liaison between Nutritional Services, Medical Staff, Nursing, and other departments, you will collaborate to optimize care and outcomes for diverse patient populations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northside Hospital
